The infrastructural facilities at Nehru Bhawan - the main administrative and teaching block - comprise classrooms, syndicate rooms, Committee rooms, faculty rooms, Library, Computer Centre and an auditorium.

The Institute's old building - Patel Bhawan - has also Classrooms, faculty rooms, an examination hall and a conference hall. The Institute hostels, also called Vishranti, can accommodate more than 150 trainee officers at a time. There are also a number of well-laid out and well-furnished Cottages for visiting faculty that want to do some research work. The prestigious project for the construction of new hostel block is near completion.

The Institute also has a Guest House. It also provides to its trainee officers facilities for various indoor and outdoor games being well-equipped with tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, cricket ground, swimming pool and recreation lounge. The Officers' Club caters to the recreational needs of the trainees. A Consumer Cooperative Store serves the domestic needs of both campus inmates and trainee officers. Besides, banking, medical and STD facilities are also available within the campus. Residential facilities for faculty and staff also exist on the campus.


Computer Centre

The IT infrastructure of the Institute consists of more than 110 state-of-art Pentium computers connected under Windows NT, UNIX and Novell environment. A Computer Lab is also functioning with 30 Pentium computers and multimedia facility. The Institute also has its dedicated lease line connectivity for Internet access.



Library

The Institute's library has a fairly good collection of books, reference manuals, journals and periodicals in the areas of social sciences, public administration, management, computer, rural development, and so on. It also receives on a regular basis annual reports from national and state organizations. An indexing service is also run by the library.



Audio-Visual Aids

The audio-visual facilities at the Institute have been built up to meet the needs of both training and dissemination of information. The Institute also has a range of video cameras, video-audio cassette recorders, television sets, slide projectors, overhead projectors, video projectors, etc.


Reprography Unit

The Institute has good reprographic facilities in terms of photocopiers, risograph, laminators, binding, and the like.

Udaipur Campus & Regional Centres

The Institute has a satellite campus at Udaipur and one regional training center each at Kota, Jodhpur and Bikaner. The Udaipur Campus organizes foundational courses for state service officers, training programmes for ministerial staff, workshops and seminars. It has a good library and a hostel. The regional centers cater to the training need of subordinate accounts personnel. Now, Bikaner center is also being developed as satellite campus like Udaipur.
