The infrastructural facilities at the Nehru Bhawan- the main administrative and teaching block-comprise class rooms, syndicate rooms, committee rooms, faculty rooms, library, a computer centre, and an auditorium. The Institute's old building- Patel Bhawan - also has class rooms, faculty rooms, an examination hall and a conference hall.The Institute hostels, also called Vishranti, can accommodate more than 150 trainee officers at a time. There is also adequate number of furnished rooms for senior officers attending various courses. The Institute also has a number of well-laid out and well-furnished cottages and a guest house for the visiting faculty. 


RIPA also provides to its trainee officers facilities for various indoor and outdoor games since it is well-equipped with tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, a cricket ground, a swimming pool and a recreation lounge.The Officers' Club caters to the recreational needs of trainees. A Consumer Cooperative Store with a New Craft Centre and Cafe serves the domestic needs of both campus inmates and trainee officers. Besides, banking and medical facilities are also available within the campus. Residential facilities for faculty and staff also exist on the campus.

Computer Centre
The Institute is equipped with state of art Information Technology equipments and has more than 120 latest computers systems with a campus wide networking.It has two computer labs consisting of 30 and 20 computers each. It is dedicated lease line of 4 Mbps beside being connected to SECLAN.


Library
RIPA has an excellent library having a collection of about 90,000 volumes in the areas of public administration, management, information technology, governance, environmental sciences, sociology and financial management and so on. It also receives on a regular basis periodicals and annual reports from national and state organizations. An indexing service is also run by the library.

Audio-Visual Aids

The audio-visual facilities at the Institute have been built up to meet the needs of training as well as dissemination of information. RIPA also has a range of video cameras, video-audio cassette recorders, television sets, slide projectors, overhead projectors, video projectors, etc.

 



Reprography Unit


RIPA has good reprographic facilities in terms of photocopiers, laminators, binding, and the like.

Udaipur Campus & Regional Centres

The Institute has a satellite campus at Udaipur and Bikaner and one regional training centre each at Jodhpur and Kota. The Udaipur Campus organizes foundational courses for state service officers, training programmes for the ministerial staff, workshops and seminars. It has a good library and a hostel. The regional centres also cater to the training needs of subordinate accounts personnel.  These Centres are being developed as full-fledged Training Centres by the State Government under the State Training Policy.
